S.N.M is the brand under which the member firms of Stephen. N. Mushini Limited (SNM) operate and provide professional services. Together, these representatives form the S.N.M network.
S.N.M consists of investors and consultants who are separate legal entities. Together this partnership is what makes up the S.N.M. who are committed to working together to provide quality service offerings for clients throughout the world. Representatives in S.N.M are members in, or have other connections too, StephenNabitakaMushini (SNM), an English private company limited by guarantee.
S.N.M does not practise accountancy or provide services to clients. Rather its purpose is to act as a coordinating entity for members within the firm of S.N.M network. Focusing on key areas such as strategy, brand, and risk and quality, the Founder, Director and Board of S.N.M develop and implement policies and initiatives to achieve a common and coordinated approach among individual representatives where appropriate.
Representative Investors and consultants can use the S.N.M name and draw on the resources and methodologies of S.N.M.
In addition, representative investors and consultants may draw upon the resources of other representative investors and consultants and/or secure the provision of professional services by other representatives and/or other entities.
In return, representatives are bound to abide by certain common policies and to maintain the standards of S.N.M as put forward by S.N.Mushini Limited.
